Front Desk – Orlando

The main focus of this job is our guest experience. Must be a mature and dependable individual who is energetic with exceptional people skills. Must be proactive, punctual, and team-oriented.

Description of Duties:

  • Book appointments
  • Check guests in and out
  • Confirm appointments
  • Control overflow of the salon and spa
  • Provide exceptional guest service

Description of Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent customer service skills

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Training for this position will be provided.

EXPERIENCED STYLIST

We are looking to expand our team with someone who has a high standard of both technical skills and passion for their craft.

Description of Duties:

  • Provide guests with an exceptional service.
  • Attend in salon classes once a month
  • Reaching goals provided on 6 month evaluations

Education:
Cosmetology License Required

ASSISTANT POSITION

The focus of this role as a Rizzieri assistant is to help stylist deliver the highest quality of guest experience possible. All while participating in our assistant training program to help you build the knowledge and skills to prepare you to be a successful stylist.

Description of Duties:

  • Shampooing clients
  • Sweeping/Cleaning
  • Laundry
  • Mixing color
  • Participating in our assistant training program
  • Bringing models to practice and fine tune your craft

Description of Requirements:

  • Confident verbal skills
  • Good listening skills
  • Flexible work schedule to include evenings and weekends
  • Present a well-groomed image at all times in accordance with company dress code and policy
  • Attending class for assistant training program every Monday.
